Lofts in historical manor

Our Auenlofts in the Schkeuditz manor house were remodeled in 2018 and converted into high-end residential units. The red brick exterior with arched windows are only part of the property’s fascinating ambience. Built in 1889, the manner was once the jewel of an opulent estate. Today, it is listed as a historically significant building.

After painstaking and extensive restoration, these walls once again exude the flare of this majestic manor house. A successful balance between living history and high-quality amenities has been found. Many residents of the town of Schkeuditz are familiar with the property as the old Kulturhaus, where many dances and celebrations were held. It’s amazing how such a unique building changes with the times—and, we think, continues to gain significance.
